One-to-one work allows us to bring our respective gifts and knowing together into a shared space as we follow the weave of image, memory, felt sense, creative inspiration and story together around an inquiry or curiosity of your choosing. This is a place where I can assist you in grounding your nervous system, unburdening your energetic field, building deeper relationships with supportive energies in both the physical and soul realms, and metabolizing and integrating current life, past life, and ancestral traumas.

I offer a variety of short and long-term groups, some virtual and some in person, that offer experiential opportunities to get support from others, build community and deepen your level of comfort and skill with shamanic journeying with the drum, walking with the Old Stories, and navigating the Masculine and Feminine growth lines related to creative process and the soul's journey.
