Walking Between the Worlds: Unburdening & Re-Centering (6-session bi-weekly group)

Whether you’re new to a shamanic path or have been consciously following one for years, this series offers a focused container and bi-weekly support through a ritual circle that includes learning from the Old Stories, journeying with the drum, and nonverbal drawing, writing and/or movement to hold and integrate soul-shifting and emergence around a particular theme.

While this past Spring’s in-person edition of this group focused on the Archetype of the Sacred Hunter and was incredibly potent and transformative, it feels like it opened the door to this summer’s now-emerging theme of unburdening and re-centering. These two themes feel, to me, like they go hand-in-hand as counterbalances or possibly the threads of the Masculine & Feminine weaving together. The Sacred Hunter is a very “moving out into the world to find sustenance” sort of energy while unburdening and re-centering feels more like a “now that our bellies are full, let’s tend the hearth and sweep away what is no longer needed” focal point.

As I have now offered this series a couple of times with different themes as our guiding rudder, what I am learning about walking with the Old Stories in this way is that the stories present themselves in accordance with what is happening in the group and my own soul walk at the time. So I’m not going to promise any particular stories here but know and trust that just the right stories will show up as the group forms and as our process together evolves over this 12-week journey together.

All are welcome and no prior journeying experience is required. The virtual group size will be limited to 8.
