A Guitar, A Welsh Pub, and the “Out of Annapolis” Documentary

I was honored to get to share a bit about my own personal story related to an earlier time in my life when I was stationed just outside of a Welsh fishing village as a junior officer in the US Navy. This experience along with my own identity journey led to me write, play, and sing some of the music for the “Out of Annapolis” documentary some 15 years later in an effort to bring a more human face and voice to the social and political push at the time to overturn the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.
